Regular hot tub rental period is any day of the week you choose to the following week. We do not leave the Tub until it is full and heating. We provide you with a copy of our written contract. You can always reach us during your rental period , our team is always on call. If you have unique rental requests or have further questions please call our HOT LINE at (613) 878-9573.
OTTAWA HOT TUB RENTALS reserves the right to refuse rental to anyone at anytime without discretion. OTTAWA HOT TUB RENTALS reserves the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Renters must be nineteen years of age or older. Renters who are not home owners may be required to pay a security deposit. Students welcome. (delivery outside of Ottawa/Gatineau may be extra , call for quote).

There are no refunds on the Hot Tub rentals due to malfunctioning of the Hot Tub Pump Heater. We will credit you extended time only if there is availability. We can definitely credit you a cash value on your next Hot Tub Rental or give you an extended period of time for your next rental.
